  • Fill out a Tour Request form at least 3 weeks in advance of your visit.

  • The tour fee is $2 per student. Checks payable to University of Minnesota.

  • Tours are limited to groups of 30 and are scheduled based on presenters availability.

  • One adult chaperone should accompany every 5 students who are between 3 and 10 years of age and every 7 students who are between 10 and 15 years of age.

  • The building is wheelchair accessible; however there are some uneven and tight areas to negotiate.  Please notify tour guide before scheduling if special arrangements are required.

  • Due to the distance of the parking lots, it is recommended that students are dropped off and picked up at the greenhouse.

  • Parking is generally available at the State Fair lot.  For more information, please check the campus map.
